MEALS

The meals at Bastide de Servadou, home made:

On reservation 24 hours in advance, you will be welcome at our table,where you can taste our specialities.

Duck is the main theme, of course, as well as many other home made recipes lovely prepared with the best seasonal ingrédients. We use fresh and biological products.

We propose a 28€ menu, including appetizer, starter, main course, cheese and dessert. Local wines and coffee are also included.

For children (from 3 to 12): 14€.

Our specialties:

Duck in all it forms: saucisson, pâté, sausage, grilled marinated duck magret, magret séché, cou farci, confit, rillettes, cassoulet, and of course our foie gras. And also terrines, ham, and in winter smoked salmon.

For breakfast, brioches, pies, croissants, chouquettes, fruits and many other things you will have to discover.

All these products are made on site, with the best ingredients.

You will also drink our beer, brewed on site.

We have a little production of saffran, a tasty spice growing in the Bastide.
